Characters in soap operas typically face with greater difficulties in their lives than is reasonable. However, Willow from General Hospital unquestionably accomplished that accomplishment with just one plotline! She received a cancer diagnosis while pregnant, needed a bone marrow transplant, and then had to accept the shocking truth that Nina was her biological mother all in one long stretch of breath. The young mother is currently fighting death as well, as if that weren’t enough! In addition, Harmony, Willow’s adoptive mother, suddenly flashed into view as she passed out!
However, Harmony’s presence on General Hospital recently was felt in other ways as well. When Willow was hit with the truth bomb a few episodes back, she screamed that Nina is a far worse mother than Harmony. The instant the rash statement was uttered, viewers’ hearts skipped a beat! Nobody could fathom Willow’s opinion that Harmony makes a better mother than Nina. Nina has undoubtedly committed a number of problematic acts, but is Harmony Miller truly worse than Nina? the ruthless lady who partnered with the despicable cult leader Shiloh and took advantage of Willow. If that wasn’t enough, she also teamed up with Ryan Chamberlain, a felon who works for the company. Still superior to Nina?
Netizens In Disbelief Of Willow’s Statement On General Hospital
It’s safe to say that a lot of General Hospital supporters were offended by the comment. When Elizabeth Kerri, a Twitter user, questioned how Willow could view Nina as worse than sex trafficker Harmony, many online users expressed the same opinions. Elizabeth said that if Willow was speaking incoherently, it had better be because of her leukaemia since else it makes no sense. Thank goodness we’re not the only ones who thought Willow’s comment was odd.
Actress Katelyn MacMullen recently acknowledged on the Soap Opera Digest Podcast that she doesn’t always concur with Willow’s assertion. She acknowledges that Harmony on General Hospital did some extremely bad and sleazy things. The accomplished actress clarified that the remark was just spoken in the heat of the moment and was exaggerated because Willow and Nina are now at odds. Katelyn also mentioned that Willow is hormonal, sickly, weary, distraught, pregnant, and sick. Things simply hit so much more under those circumstances. She may have meant what she said, or she could not. But all she wanted to convey was how emotionally draining it was.
That sentence will follow Nina around for the rest of her life, if Willow does really pass away on General Hospital. Then maybe Willow and Nina may figure out a way to get past everything and have a cordial friendship if Willow lives and is transported back to the world of the living by Harmony’s spirit. Do you believe Nina and Willow will ever communicate effectively? Watch General Hospital to learn more!
