Esme Prince from General Hospital is a character who seems beyond repair. The teenager’s memory loss might, however, pave the way for her change on the ABC soap opera.
General Hospital: Esme Prince a Supervillain
Fans of General Hospital (GH) are aware of Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) reputation for evilness. After all, her psychotic serial murderer father Ryan Chamberlain raised her (Jon Lindstrom). Esme has committed one terrible act after another since she first came in Port Charles.
She started by igniting Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) vehicle. Then, she recorded Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and her ex-boyfriend Cameron Webber, and released their footage (William Lipton). Trina Robinson was also poisoned by her (Tabyana Ali).
ye.commastmastmastmastmas, and. And to cap it all off, she had an affair with Marcus Coloma (then Nikolas Cassadine) and became pregnant with his child. Esme appeared to have fallen too far from grace to ever be saved, in fact.
However, now she’s lost her recollection on General Hospital. Esme also appears to be a totally distinct individual. So perhaps this is the commencement of a new starting for the young villain.
Memory Loss Twist on GH
Fan’s didn’t anticipate the adolescent psycho’s memory loss. When she leapt off the tower and washed up on the Haunted Star at Wyndermere, she eventually managed to flee imprisonment. She became a distinct individual on General Hospital as of that point.
It seems as though she has become a good person now that she is unable to remember who she is or what she is capable of. Even though her father had once been her idol, she was terrified of him. Additionally, after being too frantic to locate her mother, Heather Webber (Alley Mills), she no longer wants anything to do with her.
She certainly seems to adore her new baby boy Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay). Esme initially thought of her infant as a tool. However, this new iteration truly desires to be a good mother and safeguard her kid. So, this appears like a turning moment and she may no longer be a mega-villain on GH.
Is Esme a New Person on General Hospital?
Esme’s recollections were apparently erased as a means of redemption by the forces of power. Even if she manages to regain her recollections, by the time this occurs, she might have changed so much that she won’t be able to return to her previous behaviour.
She might genuinely want to do the right thing, particularly for Ace. And that might be feasible now that her psychotic father is gone. She won’t have to comply with his commands because he won’t be holding the reins any longer.
Esme has a fresh start, and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) recently advised her to take advantage of it. So, that could very well be premonition. Naturally, it will be a while before everyone is able to forgive her for what she did.
And some individuals might never come around to her new self. But if other GH villains can transform, she certainly can. So make sure to watch the ABC soap opera every day to find out if Esme Prince decides to change her wicked ways and start anew.
