Powerhouse actress and a fan favourite from Quartermaine is coming back to the serial. This spring, Jane Elliot will return home dressed as Tracy. In April, the character will make an appearance.
In 1978, Elliott debuted as Tracy Quartermaine. She retired in 2017, although she occasionally dropped by to see her family in Port Charles. She is rumoured to return permanently this time.
This week, Denise Crosby makes an appearance as Carolyn Webber. The mother of Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) will travel to Port Charles in an effort to reconcile with her estranged child.
General Hospital History
The Frank and Doris Hursley husband and wife duo introduced General Hospital in 1963. It was set in a hospital in an unspecified city. In actuality, Port Charles wasn’t given to the location until the 1970s. The longest-running soap opera presently airing is General Hospital.
