General Hospital Comings And Goings: Heather Back In Shackles, Nikolas Is Alive (Barely)

General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that while Port Charles may appear safer now that one ultimate villainess has left, appearances can be misleading!

Last week, this notorious bad girl was returned to D’Archam, but not before she yelled one final time at how unfair the world had been to her. Cleaning up the mess of wounded and maimed she left behind, including an amnesic daughter and a new baby granddaughter, is now the duty. We have a sneaking suspicion that we haven’t seen the last of this fantastic character. At the same time, it is made clear that a supreme bad guy is still there between heaven and earth and has not yet left this spectral realm.

Those who poo-pooed the idea of Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) being a goner, pat yourselves on the back! The evil prince has been shown not to be in the closet where he was so unceremoniously dumped by Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) and new bestie Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth).

Last week fans saw the Port Charles, New York prince hooked up to tubes and presumably alive (by whose definition?).

What’s the catch in this enigmatic situation? Mason (Nathanyael Grey), the sarcastic cousin of Austin, was circling the body and making veiled threats, as has become his habit since turning up in Port Charles, New York.

The story continues to develop in a foamy soap that is so thick you need a trowel to serve it. If the authors are aware of where they are taking Mysterious Mason, they haven’t yet told us! Maybe this most recent crinkle in the fabric will tell everything?

We all knew it would happen eventually, but renowned performer Alley Mills has finished playing kookaluks Heather Webber. I believe Mills made a splash during her time on screen, sizzling like hot fish oil.

Who would have guessed that Heather would end up being Esme Prince’s (Avery Kristen Pohl) mother bear as a young kookaluk? In retrospect, it all makes sense.
